I Love Meet and Greet is a quick, easy and hassle free parking option for passengers flying from Gatwick's North and South Terminals.
On arrival, you will be met by staff at the designated meeting point where you will hand over your car to be parked.
Once you've handed over your keys, you'll make the short walk to the terminal. No bus, no fuss!
I Love Meet and Greet is also a great option for those passengers, requiring extra assistiance or who have mobility issues. Staff will be able to assist with unloading your luggage and you will be meeting the staff members right next to the terminal. You won't have to worry about not being able to find a disabled parking bay.
From the M23
Leave the M23 at Junction 9, signed towards Gatwick Airport. Follow Airport signs to the desired terminal. Then follow below:
Gatwick South Terminal: When you arrive at the South Terminal, follow signs to the Approved Operator Area, staying in the right hand lane. I Love Meet and Greet, can be found in the lane adjacent to the short stay car parks (this is at the far end of the former passenger drop off area). This will be where your car will be returned to you when you arrive back at Gatwick.
Gatwick North Terminal: On arrival at the North Terminal, stay in the right hand lane and follow signs for Approved Operators lane. This is the lane which is closest to the Premier Inn, and Sofitel. Continue to the far end, and a staff member will be there to meet you. When you arrive back to Gatwick, this is also where your vehicle will be returned back to you.
Call I Love Meet and Greet when you are ten minutes away - check the Directions tab for the location of the meet point, or check your booking confirmation.
Then head straight to the arranged meeting point. A member of staff from ‘I Love Meet & Greet’ will be waiting to meet you. The staff member will conduct a short handover with you and then you can take the short walk to the terminal.
Call I Love Meet and Greet, once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs. Take the short walk back to the meeting point. The staff will be waiting to hand over your vehicle. Once you’ve loaded your vehicle, head to the exit to continue your onward journey.
The car park has been awarded the Park Mark Award, which is a scheme run by the police. The accreditation aims to reduce crime and fear of crime in parking facilities.
Car parks which have received this award have passed a risk assessment, meaning they meet the standards of the scheme.

I Love Meet and Greet is a Meet and Greet (ILMG) service in Gatwick Airport North and South Terminals. The car park is operated by ILMG who have been in the parking industry for over 30 years.
