Manchester Airport now operates with Terminal 2 and Terminal 3. Terminal 2 is used by all airlines except Ryanair, while Terminal 3 is used by Ryanair. Terminal 1 has closed, and some official airport car parks now use the new numbered P1–P16 naming system.

Terminal 2 is the main terminal at Manchester Airport and handles the majority of departures. Most major airlines including British Airways, easyJet, Jet2, TUI and Emirates operate from Terminal 2.
