1. About this policy

This Cookies Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, how we use them on our website, and your choices regarding their use. This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

We use cookies in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR).

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, provide a better user experience, and supply information to site owners. Cookies may be “first-party” (set by us) or “third-party” (set by external services we use).

3. How we use cookies

We group cookies into five categories. Only strictly necessary cookies are set without your consent. All other categories require your explicit opt-in before any cookies are placed.

3.1 Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential for the website to function. They enable core features such as logging in, managing bookings, processing payments, and remembering your cookie preferences. They cannot be switched off.

3.2 Analytics cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors use the site — which pages are popular, how users navigate, and where they experience problems. All data is aggregated and anonymous. These cookies are only set if you give your consent.

3.3 Preference cookies

Preference cookies remember choices you make (such as language or region) to provide a more personalised experience. We do not currently set any preference cookies, but this category is available should we introduce them in future. They will only be set with your consent.

3.4 Marketing cookies

Marketing cookies are used to track visitors across websites to display relevant advertisements and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. We do not currently set any marketing cookies, but this category is available should we introduce them in future. They will only be set with your consent.

3.5 Embedded content cookies

Some pages on our site embed content from third-party services. These services may set their own cookies when you interact with their content. These cookies are only loaded if you give your consent.

4. Other third-party services

The following services are used on our site but do not set cookies in your browser:

  • Google Fonts — We load the Poppins and Nunito typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Google may log your IP address when fonts are requested. No cookies are set. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
  • Sentry — We use Sentry for error monitoring to detect and fix bugs. Sentry processes error data server-side and does not set cookies in your browser. Sentry’s privacy policy: sentry.io/privacy
  • APH Product Library (productlibrary.aph.com / static.aph.com) — We load car park and hotel product images from APH’s servers. No cookies are set by these requests.
  • Amazon S3 — Some media assets (images) are hosted on Amazon S3. No cookies are set.

5. Managing your cookie preferences

When you first visit our site, a cookie banner asks you to accept or reject optional cookies. You can also customise your choices by category.

You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the cookie settings button (the circular icon in the bottom-right corner of every page), or by visiting your browser’s cookie settings.

Your consent preferences are stored in the cap_consent cookie for 6 months. If you clear this cookie, you will be asked for your preferences again on your next visit.

6. How to delete cookies

You can delete cookies already stored on your device through your browser settings:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies

Please note that deleting strictly necessary cookies may prevent the website from functioning correctly — for example, you will be signed out and your booking access tokens will be invalidated.

7. Updates to this policy

We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
