In this case, you need to click 'Manage Booking' in the support menu.

If you need to contact us, you can do so by writing to us by Email or Live Chat. If you do choose either of these options, please refer to your booking reference (if you have it).

Alternatively, you could call our friendly UK support team.

We don't directly take payments for the hotel and parking packages that we may refer you to.

Instead, if you've already made a booking your payment will have been taken by our partner, APH.

Therefore, for any queries relating to this type of booking, you should contact customerservices@aph.com or call 0844 871 7477.

It will greatly speed up the process if you provide your booking confirmation when you get in touch.

If you’ve made an airport parking booking but haven’t received your confirmation email, please check your junk, spam or promotions folder first, as it may have been filtered there.

You should also check that the email address entered during booking was correct. If you still can’t find your confirmation, please contact us and include your booking reference so we can help locate it.

Even without your confirmation email, you should be able to retrieve your booking reference by selecting Manage Booking from the Support menu.

If you booked an airport hotel and parking package, your booking is handled by our trusted partner, APH.

This means Cheap Airport Parking does not take the payment or send the confirmation email for these bookings.

Please check your junk, spam or promotions folder first, as the confirmation may have been filtered there. You should also check that the email address entered during booking was correct.

We are a booking agent.

This means that if you book parking that you have been referred to by us, we'll be paid a commission fee by the operator.

The commission fee generally doesn't inflate the cost of the parking to you, the customer.
