By accessing or using the Website, creating an account, or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

In these Terms and Conditions, "we", "us" and "our" mean CheapAirportParking.co.uk and/or Yellow Lilo Ltd. "You" and "your" mean the person using the Website or making a booking.
2. What we do
CheapAirportParking.co.uk is a comparison and booking website for airport parking, airport parking with hotel, and hotel room only travel products.
We may:
- display and compare products from third-party suppliers;
- allow you to make a booking through the Website;
- take payment on the Website; and
- provide booking confirmations and booking management tools.
For all bookings, we act as an agent for the relevant supplier while taking payment through our Website. The relevant supplier remains responsible for providing the booked service itself.
3. Scope of these Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to:
- your use of the Website; and
- bookings made through the Website.
All bookings are also subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier that provides the booked product or service. By making a booking, you agree to both:
- these Terms and Conditions; and
- the applicable supplier terms and conditions.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and the supplier's terms in relation to the actual delivery of the booked service, the supplier's terms will usually take priority for that service.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in order to use the Website and make a booking.
5. Your account
Where account functionality is available, you may create an account using your email address and password.
You are responsible for:
- keeping your login details secure;
- ensuring your account details remain accurate and up to date; and
- all activity carried out through your account.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

6. How bookings are made
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is only confirmed once:
- payment has been successfully authorised and received, where applicable;
- the booking has been accepted into our system and/or the supplier's system; and
- a booking confirmation and booking reference has been issued to you.
You should check your booking confirmation carefully as soon as you receive it.
7. Information you provide
You must ensure that all information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date, including where relevant:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your contact number, if requested;
- your vehicle registration details, if requested;
- your travel dates and times, if requested;
- your airport and terminal details, if requested;
- your hotel dates, if requested; and
- any other information required to complete the booking.
We are not responsible for any loss, delay, failed booking, additional charge or other issue resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
8. Prices and payment
All prices shown on the Website are in pounds sterling (£).
The total price shown at checkout includes any applicable taxes, including VAT where it applies to the booked product, unless stated otherwise.
Prices and availability may change at any time before a booking is confirmed.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, product description errors, or obvious mistakes before a booking is confirmed. If an error is identified after you submit a booking request but before confirmation, we may:
- offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or on the correct terms; or
- cancel the booking and refund any amount paid.
Payment for bookings made on the Website is processed by us using our payment provider, Stripe.
Booking confirmations, receipts and any supplier documentation will reflect the applicable booking and supplier details for the product purchased.
9. Supplier terms and service delivery
The service you book is provided by the relevant supplier or operator, not by CheapAirportParking.co.uk.
You are responsible for reading:
- the supplier's terms and conditions;
- the booking confirmation;
- the arrival instructions; and
- any service-specific conditions and restrictions.
Your confirmation email may include important instructions about where to go, when to arrive, what documents to bring, and what procedures apply to your booking. You must follow those instructions carefully.
10. Amendments, cancellations and refunds
10.1 General
Amendment, cancellation and refund rights depend on:
- the product booked;
- whether the product is flexible or non-flexible;
- the supplier's rules; and
- any terms displayed during checkout or in your booking confirmation.
10.2 Supplier-specific rules
Some products may be amendable or cancellable, while others may be non-refundable or non-amendable. Date changes, vehicle detail changes and cancellation deadlines may vary by supplier and product.

11. No-shows and failure to follow instructions

- fail to arrive on time;
- fail to follow the booking instructions;
- attend the wrong location or terminal;
- provide incorrect vehicle or travel details; or
- otherwise fail to use the service in accordance with the booking conditions,
you may be treated as a no-show and may lose all or part of the amount paid.

If you have a complaint about:

- the booking process;
- payment collection;
- your booking confirmation; or
- refund administration,

If your complaint relates to the actual delivery of the airport parking or hotel, the complaint may need to be handled by the relevant supplier or operator, although we may assist where appropriate, for example with directing your complaint appropriately.
13. Special requests
Any special request, including requests relating to accessibility, oversized vehicles, terminal preference, EV charging, vehicle type, or other personal requirements, is subject to availability and acceptance by the relevant supplier.
We cannot guarantee that any special request will be accommodated unless confirmed in writing.

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may:
- browse the Website;
- print or download extracts for your personal, lawful and non-commercial use; and
- use the Website to make genuine price comparisons and genuine bookings.
You must not:

20. Liability

- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

As the underlying travel services are supplied by third-party suppliers, we are not responsible for the actual provision of those services except where the law makes us responsible.
Our total liability to you in relation to any booking made through the Website shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that booking.

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, strikes, transport disruption, airport closures, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, power outages, or internet failures.
22. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.
