EV charging is included with this Meet & Greet package. Your vehicle will be charged once during your stay and may be charged to **up to 80%**, depending on the vehicle, charging speed and length of stay.

How much battery should my car have when I arrive?

Your vehicle should arrive with at least **15% battery charge**, and you should leave your charging cable inside the vehicle so the parking team can charge it while you are away.

Do I leave my keys with Parkair 24/7?

No, Parkair 24/7 with EV Charge is a meet-and-greet service — your car is collected and returned by a driver rather than parked by you.

What happens when I return to Heathrow?

After collecting your luggage, call the parking team and follow the terminal-specific collection instructions provided with your booking. Your vehicle will then be returned for collection.

When you arrive

1Parkair 24/7 need a call on 0333 4042 247 about 30 minutes ahead of your arrival so a driver is waiting. The call also avoids additional charges.
2For Terminals 2, 3 and 5 the meeting point is in the Terminal Parking car park, once called Short Stay.
3For Terminal 4 the meeting point is in the Terminal 4 Park and Ride car park.
4Have the confirmation email on your phone and your return flight details ready. Your car is charged while you are away.

When you return

2Terminals 2 and 3 collect from the Terminal Parking car park, level 4.
3From Terminal 4, walk out to Bus Stop 3 for the shuttle to the car park. The buses take luggage and are step free.

Finding it

Terminal 2 drop off - Terminal Parking (Formerly Short Stay). Sat-nav postcode: TW6 1EW 1. Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way. 2. Please keep to the right, as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Terminal Parking 2 car park on Constellation Way. 3. Once you are on the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the "Terminal Parking car park" entry barriers. Please make sure you are in lane 5 or 6, (towards the ticket machine), which will take you to Level 4 of the car park. Take a ticket at the barrier and enter the car park. Once you enter the car park on Level 4, keep to the RIGHT following the signs for 'Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet' and then please park your car in "Row B". 4. Here you will see our uniformed drivers who are based near the ticket pay machine. Terminal 3 drop off - Terminal Parking (Formerly Short Stay). Sat-nav postcode: TW6 1QG 1. From the M25 exit at Junction 15, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. 2. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. 3. Exiting the tunnel, keep in the 1st lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Terminal Parking Car park (Carpark 3). Take a ticket from the barrier and follow signs to Level 4, then please park your car in "Row B" 4. Here you will see our uniformed drivers who are based near the ticket pay machine. Please follow the signs for the "Terminal Parking car park", which is located on the right hand side of the ramp, as you take the exit for Terminal 5 from the roundabout. 2. On arrival at the Terminal Parking car park, please move to the left hand lane, following directions to "LEVEL 4". Take a ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones "R-S". 3. Vehicle restrictions: Terminals 2, 3 and 5 allow a maximum height of 2.2 metres. Terminal 4 allows 2.1 metres. ULEZ charges apply, falling on the arrival date and the return date.
Worth knowing: Cars must turn up with at least 15% battery and the charging cable left inside. Charging happens once during your stay on standard equipment and can reach 80%. Levels cannot be guaranteed and vary with the car's settings, charging speeds and how long you are away. A small natural loss of charge while parked is normal. Parkair247 accept no liability over charge levels, charging times or an individual car's charging system. If your arrival date or time moves inside 24 hours of the booking start, telephone ParkAir 24/7 on 0333 4042 247 as soon as you can. Up to 30 minutes of terminal car park fees are covered. Check the car before you leave, as nothing reported after it has left their care can be accepted. Photographs beforehand are recommended. Terminal Parking T4 has been closed since 23 June, so ParkAir use a different drop off and collection point. Check your booking confirmation for the latest instructions and directions.
