When you arrive at your departure terminal, an MBW driver will meet you at the designated point, collect your keys, and drive your car to a secure storage facility. While your vehicle is in storage, it receives a thorough interior and exterior clean, so you come back to a spotless car after your trip.

The storage compound is fully secured with CCTV, security fencing, and 24-hour monitoring. On your return, simply call MBW once you have collected your luggage and your freshly washed car will be delivered back to the terminal. This service is available for all Heathrow terminals and is a great option for anyone who wants to combine convenience with a little extra care for their vehicle.

Finding it

MBW Meet & Greet parking applies for all terminals at Heathrow Airport. Head towards Heathrow Airport. Follow signs for the Terminal Parking Car Park (Formerly called Short Stay), where you will then need to follow signs for off-airport parking. A member of the team will be on-hand to take your car and securely park it for you. For Terminal 5 from M25 Clockwise: 1. Exit M25 at Junction 14. 2. Stay in lane signed Terminal 5. 3. Follow road round to Terminal 5 Roundabout. 4. At the roundabout, take 2nd exit signed T5 Drop Off. 5. Follow road round and staying right head up the ramp to the Car Park. For Terminals 2&3 from M25 Clockwise: 1. Exit M25 at Junction 15. 2. Stay right and in the lane for Terminal 2&3. 3. Follow the road round and join the M4. 4. Leave the M4 at Junction 4. 5. At the roundabout, take the 3rd Exit, M4 (Tunnel Road East). 6. At the "Welcome to Heathrow" roundabout stay in the right hand lanes and head straight over. 7. Head down into the tunnel. 8. Leave the tunnel and follow signs for your terminals Terminal Parking Car Park.

Vehicle restrictions: Flights landing between 23:59 and 04:00 cost £25. Cars over 2.2 metres tall are charged a further £50. Cars over 5m long are charged £25.00. Standard Ultra Low Emission Zone fees apply where relevant.
Worth knowing: Date or time changes from the day before the booking starts go to MBW by telephone on 0208 759 5252, with a minimum of 24 hours notice. ULEZ falls on both your outbound and return dates and is paid by the driver. MBW keep a 45 minute window open after your booked arrival time, so long as you telephone them 30 minutes ahead. Past that, extra charges apply. The wash is done in the 12 hours before your booked return time. Returning early or amending the booking may leave MBW unable to finish it, and because the car park is open to the weather no refund is given if a car gets wet or dirty while parked or in transit.
