When you arrive

1Terminal 4 customers go to the Terminal 4 Long Stay car park, complete the handover there, then take the free Heathrow shuttle bus to the terminal.

3Drive to the marked meeting point in the Terminal 4 Park and Ride, or Long Stay, car park where your chauffeur will meet you.
4Take out valuables, check your return details, photograph the car, and hand over the keys along with the car park ticket.

Height restriction for Parking is 2.0m. 1. Follow the signs for T4, Then Park & Ride (Long Stay) 2. Park in a dedicated area as advised by a Park Giant operator.

Vehicle restrictions: All Terminal 4 parking, Meet and Greet included, operates from Zone A of the Terminal 4 Park and Ride car park. Airport fees are included, with Park Giant covering the £7.50 each way for you. Staying past your booked return costs £25 a day. An overnight stay is £40 for the first hour and £25 for each hour after. Returning early costs £20. ULEZ charges apply. Long wheelbase cars and anything over 2m tall cost more. Email contact@parkgiant.co.uk to check availability and arrange an alternative.
Worth knowing: Since 23 June 2026 all Terminal 4 parking, Meet and Greet included, has run from Zone A of the Terminal 4 Park and Ride car park. A last minute date or time change from the day before your booking starts should be telephoned to Park Giant on 07857 366664 or 07594 517711. Photograph the car at the drop off point to support any damage claim. ULEZ charges apply, and you cross into the zone twice, once on your start date and once on your return. Current advice is to allow an extra 30 to 60 minutes on top of your airline's check in guidance, to cover parking, walking and the transfer.

Amend or cancel: If your plans change you can amend or cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior to your departure date - you won't be charged any fees.
