When you arrive at the airport, simply drive to the designated meeting point at your departure terminal. A fully insured, professional driver will be waiting to greet you, collect your keys, and take care of your vehicle while you head straight to check-in. Your car is then driven to a secure compound protected by CCTV, perimeter fencing, and regular security patrols.

On your return, simply call when you have collected your luggage and your car will be brought back to the terminal for you. APH Meet & Greet is ideal for families, business travellers, or anyone who wants a hassle-free start to their trip. The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When you arrive

1You must ring MBW around 30 minutes before you get to Heathrow. Tell them as early as you can if you are running ahead or behind, or extra car park charges can apply.
2MBW cover 15 minutes of parking on the way in and again on the way out.
3For Terminal 2, postcode TW6 1EW, follow signs for T2 Departures Terminal Parking, previously called Short Stay. Stay in the right hand lane as you come out of the tunnel and keep right up the ramp.
4Terminal 5 is staffed during operating hours.

When you return

1Give MBW a ring as soon as your bags are with you.
2Despatch will estimate how long the car will take. Stay inside the terminal until they confirm it is there.
3Landing outside the hours you booked can mean a longer wait.
4Come out of arrivals into the plaza, turn left, and walk down towards the UK Arrivals end.

Finding it

APH Meet & Greet parking applies for all terminals at Heathrow Airport. Head towards Heathrow Airport. Follow signs for the Temrinal Parking Car Park, where you will then need to follow signs for off-airport parking. A member of the team will be on-hand to take your car and securely park it for you. For Terminals 2&3 from M25 Clockwise: 1. Exit M25 at Junction 15. 2. Stay right and in the lane for Terminal 2&3. 3. Follow the road round and join the M4. 4. Leave the M4 at Junction 4. 5. At the roundabout, take the 1st Exit, M4 (Tunnel Road East). 6. At the "Welcome to Heathrow" roundabout stay in the right hand lanes and head straight over. 7. Head down into the tunnel. 8. Leave the tunnel and follow signs for your terminal parking Car Park. For Terminal 5 from M25 Clockwise: 1. Exit M25 at Junction 14. 2. Stay in lane signed Terminal 5. 3. Follow road round to Terminal 5 Roundabout. 4. At the roundabout, take 2nd exit signed T5 Drop Off. 5. Follow road round and staying right head up the ramp to the Terminal Parking Car Park.

Met by a driver at the terminal

Vehicle restrictions: Flights landing or leaving between 23:59 and 04:00 attract a £25 charge. Anything above 2.2 metres in height carries a £50 overheight charge. Anything above 5m in length carries a £25.00 charge. The car park is within the ULEZ zone, so ULEZ charges apply.
Worth knowing: MBW operate this service on behalf of APH. Changes to your date or time from the day before the booking starts go to MBW direct on 0208 759 5252, with 24 hours notice or more. ULEZ is triggered on your arrival date and again on your return. MBW hold a 45 minute window past your booked arrival time, provided you telephone them 30 minutes before you get there. Extra charges follow if you go beyond it.

Amend or cancel: If your plans change you can amend or cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior to your departure date - you won't be charged any fees.
