Follow signs for the Short Stay Car Park for when arriving at Heathrow Airport.

• Once in the Short Stay Car Park, follow signs for off-airport parking
• A member of the MBW team will be available to securely park your car

From the M25 Clock2wise:

Terminal 5: -Leave the M25 at Junction 14 -At the roundabout take the second exit -Continue onto Wilbur Road and follow the ramp up to the Short Stay Car Park.

Terminal 3: -Leave the M25 at Junction 15. -Merge onto the M4 -Leave the M4 at Junction 4( signed A408) -Take the 3rd exit at the next roundabout -Merge onto Tunnel Road East -Follow Cosmopolitan Way to Camborne Crescent. -Drive into the Short Stay Car Park

Terminal 2: -Leave the M25 at Junction 15. -Merge onto the M4 -Leave the M4 at Junction 4( signed A408) -Take the 3rd exit at the next roundabout (Signed Heathrow Airport) -Merge onto Tunnel Road East, then follow the road onto the Inner Ring Road East -Follow the road to Constellation Way -Drive into the Short Stay Car Park on your right.

It is important to contact MBW approximately 30 minutes before reaching the terminal. If you anticipate being early or late, please inform MBW as soon as possible.

Terminal 2: Follow the signs for T2 Departures Short Stay Car Park and keep to the right-hand lane as you leave the tunnel.At the barrier on the far right, take a ticket, then follow the signs to Off Airport Parking. Then take the short walk to the airport terminal.

Termina l 3: Follow the signs towards the Short Stay Car Park 3 and take a ticket at the barrier upon entering. Park on Level 4 (Off Airport Parking) in Row A or B. When parked hand your ticket to the MBW Representative. Take head to the terminal.

Terminal 5: Follow the signs to T5 departures and enter the Short Stay Car Park. Take a ticket at the last set of barriers on the left. Park in Row R or S in Off-Airport Parking section. When you have parked hand your ticket to the MBW Representative and make your way to the terminal building.

When you arrive at the airport, it's important to call MBW so they can give you an estimated time for the return of your vehicle. If there are any delays, they will let you know and ask that you wait inside the terminal until further notice. If you arrive outside of your scheduled booking time, please be prepared to wait.

Once you have collected all of your luggage, please call the number provided on your confirmation documents and your vehicle will be dispatched as soon as possible.

As you exit the arrival hall, head towards the UK Arrivals end of the Terminal and turn right at the end of the plaza. Continue to the main door, cross the bridge and take the left-hand lift to Level 4 where you will be greeted by the "Handover Captain" at the MBW desk.

Before you leave, please check your vehicle as MBW cannot accept liability for any issues that are reported after the vehicle has left the parking area.

When you return, MBW will pay for a maximum of 15 minutes of parking and any additional costs must be paid by the customer. After your vehicle has been signed back to you, staff will validate your exit ticket so you can leave the carpark without any issues.
