EV Park Giant Meet & Greet
EV Park Giant Meet & Greet at Heathrow Airport provides a quick and easy departure, with drop off points available at each terminal in the Short Stay car parks.
To use this service you will be required to call before arrival and call twice before collection (at the end of your stay), more details in our ‘On arrival’ and ‘On return’ tabs. Full details of this straightforward process will also be included in your confirmation email after you have completed your booking.
EV drivers will be pleased to know that after their vehicle is whisked away to the EV Park Giant car park, it will be fully charged, allowing for a hassle free onwards journey.
Each terminal has a different drop off location, so before you book, check which terminal you will be departing from and once you have made a booking, make sure the terminal mentioned in your confirmation email is as expected.
Drop off points are located as follows, in the Short Stay car park at each terminal:
Terminal 2 - Postcode: TW6 1EW Short Stay 2, Level 4, Row B. Notes: Height Restriction: 2.2m
Terminal 3 - Postcode: TW6 3QG Terminal Three Short Stay 3, Level 4, Row A Notes: Height Restriction: 2.2m
Terminal 4 - Postcode: TW6 3XA Short Stay Car Park 4, Level 2, Rows E or F. Notes: Height Restriction: 2.1m
Terminal 5 - Postcode: TW6 2GA Short Stay Car Park, Level 4. Row R or S. Notes: Height Restriction: 2.2m
Important Notices (Applicable to all customers): When travelling to your drop off location, be very careful NOT to enter the Heathrow Official Drop Off Zones.
In the event that you do this, you will need to pay a £5 fee to Heathrow Airport before midnight the next day to avoid a hefty parking fine. Find out more about Heathrow Drop Off Charges here.
When you are about 30 minutes away from EV Park Giant Meet & Greet, you should give them a ring on 07857 366664.
This is because you will be meeting in the Short Stay car park of whicever terminal you have booked and EV Park Giant will only be liable for the first 15 minutes of parking charges. Calling them allows them to arrive at the right time.
Upon arrival, you will hand over the keys to your vehicle to a member of staff who will require you to sign some paperwork in order to complete the hand over.
The meeting points for each terminal are as follows; but should be confirmed over the phone:
Terminal 2- Postcode TW6 1EW Short Stay 2, Level 2
Terminal 3- Postcode TW6 3QG Short Stay 3, Level 4, Row A
Terminal 4 - Post Code TW6 3XA Short Stay Car Park 4, Level 2, Rows E or F

On return, EV Park Giant ask that you call them twice on 07857 366664. You should make the first call as soon as you land and the second once you have collected your luggage.
Once you are back at your vehicle, you should check it for damage and raise any reports of damage before you move the vehicle.
You will be required to sign collection paperwork before departing.
The vehicle collection point for each terminal is different and is as below:
Terminal 2 Short Stay car park, Level 4, Rows A & B.
Terminal 3 Short Stay car park, Level 4, Rows A & B.
Terminal 4 Car Park 4, Level 2.
Terminal 5 Short Stay car park, Level 4, Row R & S.

About EV Park Giant Meet & Greet Heathrow Airport
EV Park Giant Meet & Greet is a reputable, Meet & Greet service which can be used by passengers travelling from any of the Heathrow Terminals.
Customers will head straight to their terminal and will meet a representative of Park Giant at the agreed, nearby location. We have published the locations that were accurate at the time of writing under the 'On Arrival' tab. However, we suggest you double check your booking confirmation to be sure that nothing has changed.
Upon completing a quick inspection of the car, the fully insured driver will accept the keys for the vehicle and will move the car to the nearby Park Giant car park.
Once at the car park, the vehicle will be charged and parked securely for the duration of your trip.
Upon return customers will be met at their terminal and will be able to load their luggage and continue their onward journey with a recharged battery!
Important to note:
There are height restrictions for vehicles entering the Short Stay car parks at Heathrow (where you will meet the EV Park Giant representative).
Terminals 2, 3 & 5 Height restriction: 2.2m
Terminal 4 Height restriction: 2.1m
