Vehicle restrictions

A standard space measures 2.4m by 4.8m, and the car has to fit within it. Trailers, commercial vehicles and anything with eight seats or more do not qualify for standard parking. Motorhomes, caravans and cars towing trailers can sometimes be accommodated, but only if it is agreed before you book. Turn up with an unusual size or type that has not been arranged and the car may be refused. Specially adapted vehicles for disabled drivers may not suit the facilities, so get in touch beforehand to check.

Worth knowing

Take everything else off the key ring before handing the car over. The car key is all that should be passed across, and Platinum Valet accept no responsibility for house keys, alarm fobs or anything else left attached. Take your valuables out of the car first, as the Company is not liable for loss or damage to anything left inside. Leave yourself enough time to get to the drop off location and hand the car over.
