Drop & Go parking at Manchester Airport is an official parking option which offers the most convenience to those who wish to quickly drop-off their vehicle and make their way to the Departures area.
Although Drop and Go Manchester Airport is within walking distance of Terminal 3, if you’re travelling from Terminals 1 or 2, you’ll need to use the courtesy shuttle or set about a 20 minute walk!

Exit the M56 at Junction 5. Keep right and look for signs towards T1 and T3. Drop & Go is located closest to Terminal 3.

Once you reach the traffic lights, you'll need to go straight on for T1. You'll see the Hilton Hotel on your left hand side.

When you reach the roundabout, proceed straight on. Don't take the ramp to Departures.

Shortly after the ramp to Departures, there's a second roundabout. Take the first exit and continue until the next roundabout.

At the next roundabout, countinue straight on towards the Drop & Go Arrivals area.
Drop and Go Manchester Airport Arrival Instructions
IMPORTANT: Drop & Go must be pre-booked, you cannot turn up without a reservation.
- Drive up to the Drop & Go barrier and the ANPR camera will recognise your number plate from your booking and the barrier will open.
- The condition of your vehicle will be recorded by high tech cameras.
- Drive into a bay and hand over your keys at the kiosk.
- Continue on to the terminal. Terminal 3 is located within a 5 minute walk whereas Terminals 1 and 2 will require you to take the courtesy bus (or a lengthy walk or up to 20 minutes, if this is your preference).
Drop and Go Manchester Airport Departure Instructions
- Locate Terminal 3. If you flew into Terminal 3, skip to step 2. If you flew into Terminal 1 or 2, you'll need to catch the courtesy bus to Terminal 3.
- Follow signs for 'Drop & Go' parking.
- Collect your keys from the locker and you'll find your car waiting for you in the dedicated returns area.
The Official Manchester Airport Drop and Go Service is Park Mark certified. It has passed a comprehensive assessment by the Police, meaning it is a safe and secure place to leave your car.
The car park is monitored 24 hours a day by staff and has CCTV cameras and barrier controlled entry/exit.

About Official Drop and Go Manchester Airport
Drop and Go Manchester Airport is an excellent option for those who are taking longer trips.
Staff from the parking company will park your vehicle once you've dropped it off so that you can proceed straight to the terminal, no fuss and no messing around looking for a space!
This parking option is available to those travelling from All Terminals.
It's worth noting though that Drop & Go is located nearest to Terminal 3 and is within a 5 minute walk of the Departures Hall.
If you're travelling from Terminals 1 or 2, you'll need to make use of the complimentary courtesy bus.
It is also possible to walk between the Terminals using the covered walkways and SkyWay (a futuristic tunnel system with horizontal automated walkways). If you're doing this, keep in mind that the transfer time will be around 20 minutes.
