You drive to an off-airport car park, leave your vehicle in a secured compound, and catch a free shuttle bus to the terminal. On return, the shuttle brings you back to your car. Your car is kept in a secured compound with CCTV monitoring and perimeter fencing for peace of mind.

When you arrive

1Drive up to the car park barrier, where a member of the ShortRun team comes to your window to check your booking.
2They tell you where to park and give you a receipt with return instructions on it. Keep it safe.
3The barrier opens and you can park.
4Transfers run 24 hours a day, take roughly 5 minutes and are covered by the price.

When you return

1Once you have your luggage, go to Bus Stop A for the transfer back, which takes about 5 minutes.
2Collect your car and head home.

Finding it

From the M6, Junction 4 (north or south): 1. Come off at Junction 4 and follow signs for the A452 Brownhills. 2. At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto the B4438. 3. Continue straight over the next roundabout, then take the first exit at the following roundabout. 4. The car park is on your left, just beyond the Premier Inn. From the M42, Junction 6 (north or south): 1. Follow the signs for the A45 Coventry, then take the slip road for the A452 Brownhills. 2. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the A452, bearing left as the road splits. 3. At the next roundabout, take the first exit, then at the following roundabout take the second exit onto the B4438. 4. Come off at the first exit at the next roundabout. The car park is on your left, just beyond the Premier Inn. Postcode B40 1QB covers a wide area and may direct you to the Holiday Inn Express or the Little Owl pub. If this happens, return to the roundabout and follow signs for Elmdon Industrial Estate, Airport and Train Station. ShortRun is at the first exit on the next roundabout, with the entrance on your left just past the Premier Inn.

Vehicle restrictions: Ordinary cars under 2.1m tall that fit a bay 2m wide by 5m long are accepted. Cars must be non commercial, seat fewer than 8 and tow nothing. High sided vehicles, minibuses, motorhomes, lorries, caravans, trailers and anything over the height or bay limits cannot be taken. A car with a taxi licence plate may park on site but cannot use Return Greet or Meet and Greet. Should you be early or late, whether to let you stay until midnight without charge is the car park's own decision. Past midnight its standard daily rate of £20 is applied, and that rate may change.
Worth knowing: To ask for a Blue Badge space, contact the car park directly at least 24 hours before you arrive, so they can confirm availability or arrange a space near the bus pick up area. A car displaying a taxi licence plate can park on site, but the Airparks Return Greet and Meet and Greet services are not available to it.

Amend or cancel: If your plans change you can amend or cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior to your departure date - you won't be charged any fees.
