APH Short Run Park & Ride
APH Short Run is operated by Airparks (a trusted partner on behalf). The car park is a self park car park just a short bus journey from the airport. The car park is open 24hours a day and the shuttle buses run on demand, all day and night.
There is no need to leave your keys as you can park your car yourself and it will remain where you left it for the duration of your holiday.
From the M1
- Leave the M1 at Junction 10
- Follow the A1081
- When you reach the London Road North Roundabout take the first exit onto London Road (A1081)
- Take the second exit at the next roundabout continuing on London Road (A1081)
- Take the next sharp right turn onto Newlands Road
- Follow the road and take the next left onto Church Road (B4540)
- Take the next left, then turn right and follow signs to the car park
- When you arrive at the car park follow signage to the check in lane.
- Staff will greet you, check you in, issue you a receipt and direct you to a parking bay.
- When you have parked up and unloaded, make your way to the bus stop.
- The complimentary shuttle bus runs on demand, 24 hours a day and takes 4 minutes.
When you arrive back at the airport, follow signs for Bus Bay R and catch the Short Run shuttle bus back to the car park.
Top Tip:
- Keep hold of the receipt given to you on arrival, the bus driver will scan this when you board the bus. If you lose your ticket you will need to provide some photo ID and answer some security questions.
The car park has been awarded the Park Mark Award. The Award is given to UK car parks which have low crime rates and have measures in place to ensure the safety of people and their vehicles.

APH Short Run is operated by Airparks (a trusted partner working with APH). This off Airport car park is easily accessible via the M1 motorway and only a short 4 minute transfer to the Luton Airport terminal.
The car park is easy and hassle free, staff will check you in as soon as you arrive in the arrivals bay. A receipt will be issued and you will be directed which bay to park in. When you are unloaded it's simple, just take the complimentary shuttle to the terminal.
The car park is safe and secure having been awarded the prestigious Park Mark Safer Parking Award. The award is given to car parks which have been assessed and meet the high safety and security standards of the scheme. The car park is fitted with barriers, CCTV cameras and is monitored by staff 24 hours a day.
